Imaging inhaling vitality and exhaling all that is not needed. Affirm that all is well. Move past the chatter and chaos on the road of life, be still, and hear the voices of your higher self and your spirit guides.*

What have I been waiting for? When I read “Something for which you’ve waited a long time is about to come to fruition!” the first time, I couldn’t think of anything. Then the next time, I think maybe it is about being a musician. But is that really what I’ve been waiting for? What is my Dream? What do I want to do? What do I want to be? What do I want to achieve? I need some quiet time to introspect.
